Who we are

Tekthar is an IT services and solutions company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with delivery centers in Cairo and Damascus. For anything related to this policy, contact us at info@tekthar.com.

What we collect

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see “Third-party services” below). It does not use advertising cookies. Beyond that, the only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us:

• When you use the contact form or email us — your name, email address, company, and message.
• When you reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams — the details you share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use the information you send solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

• Analytics — this site uses Google Analytics (a service by Google LLC) to collect aggregate statistics such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google's servers under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; when the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.
• External platforms — links to LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry or maintain our business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

In line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. Write to info@tekthar.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
